午前からアーラにて、第60回広見保育園音楽会が開催されました。この催しも年々グレードアップし、舞台づくりや合唱、合奏なども目を見張るものがあります。
年少のすみれ組から始まり、年長のつき組まで全19曲、プラス先生達の合奏と、自分の子どもが居なくても充分楽しめるプログラムになっていました。
中でも年中さんばら組の合奏「ルージュの伝言」には驚きました。
音楽会の質の高さに驚くと共に、先生方の日々の努力に改めて感心しました。決して民間の保育園の質やサービスが低くない事を証明しています。
公立保育園の民営化が取りざたされていますが、しっかりとした議論を進めれば道は開かれると思います。
ただ、教育機関としての瀬田幼稚園の廃園に関しては、そうはいきません。幼保一元化などいろんな考えはありますが、幼児教育に係わる唯一の公立幼稚をコスト面だけの理由で廃園にするのは、慎重に議論しなくてはいけません。耐震問題を含め議論を深めてもらいたいと思います。
